Initiating a Return:

  • In order to initiate a return you most login to your account with Kitty Konvenience. Make sure to use the email that was used to purchase the order. Then click on your order, then the request return button will be located in the top right corner of your screen. Simply click the request return button and fill out the return form. Please note you can only request a return within 14 days of order delivery. If your refund request gets approved the refund will be received to original payment method within 5 days of approval.

  • Lost in Transit: If you suspect your order is lost or damaged, reach out to us via our Contact Page. Following confirmation of the lost status, we will either resend the product or offer a full refund. Refunds will be received to the original payment method within 5 days of approval.

 

Conditions for a eligible Return or Refund:

  • Damaged / Defective Upon Delivery:
    • Should your product arrive damaged or defective. This includes noticeable damage to the product or technological errors. 
  • Lost in Transit:
    • In the unlikely event that your package is lost, please contact us for assistance. Our dedicated team will investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will proceed with a reshipment or issue a full refund. Note : we are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    • If you receive a product different from what you ordered

 

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

While we strive to accommodate returns and refunds wherever possible, we only offer refunds or returns for scenarios stated above. For clarity, here are some examples of situations that are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Misuse or Improper Handling:
  • Products damaged through customer misuse or improper handling are ineligible for returns or refunds.
  • Delayed Reporting:
  • Any issues with the product, including damage/defective or receiving the wrong item, must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Reports made after this timeframe may not qualify for a return or refund.

Change of Address

  • If you need to modify the delivery address for your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page. It's important to note that we can only accommodate address changes before your order has been processed. Orders can be processed within the same day, so we urge you to get in touch with us at your earliest convenience to ensure we can assist you.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us promptly through our Contact Page. Similar to address changes, cancellations can only be accepted before your order has been processed. Due to our quick processing times, we recommend reaching out to us as quickly as possible to facilitate your request.

  • Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a return to be considered.
  • Approval Process: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team to ensure they meet return conditions.
